Pandora Hearts Manga - Humpty Dumpty Recap

Hello everyone~

I decided with force of my friend to do some blogging and I've decided to Blog on Pandora Hearts because it is amazing. Now, I'm not going to start from the beginning so I've decided to speak and rant a bit about what's happened in the latest chapters, so then afterwards I can start get onto the next chapter (Chapter 61) which comes out Tomorrow!

Well, ever since the end of Chapter 52 when we were going "awwwww <3" at this:

Which later turned us into sock after Eliot finds his sister headless and straight afterwards is accused to be the head-hunter by Break himself.

Now, I along with everyone was thinking: "WHAT. BREAK!? HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT. HIS SISTER JUST GOT KILLED. WHY BREAK, WHY? YOU ARE WRONG."

and despite the reassurance we got from Eliot that he wasn't the headhunter....

IT'S ALL A LIE.

 

 

SO while this was going on there were a few other things going on:

There's this moment which I found utterly adorable:

Then, before we find out that Eliot was messing with us, there was the story of Riem who "died":

This was the obsessive time of depression with Riem (This seriously broke my heart and I was so sad) until us readers found out later Jun was trolling us and that he didn't actually die and then the story starts to focus on Elliot.

So after Elliot comes to terms about finding out he's the head-hunter a lot of other messed up stuff is happening thanks to this  creep guy:

Trying to create another Tragedy:

 Oz/Jack took care of him though:

All of this messed up shiz resulted in everyone's chains going crazy, including Elliot's, "Humpty Dumpty"

Basically Elliot's chain is going crazy and is trying to Force Elliot to forget the bad memories (that's what Humpty Dumpty does) but Elliot doesn't give in and rejects the chain's wishes.

Now when it comes to life and death, Elliot = Humpty Dumpty so that gives us a very grim feeling.

Vincent tells Elliot that by rejecting Humpty Dumpty He'll die and ask whether he wants himself or Oz to kill him. 

Elliot being Elliot responded like this:

And so Elliot Does the epic thing that he wanted most not to do in his life. He sacrifices himself.

Now after this chapter I was crying buckets and was slightly in denile of his death, hoping it was another "reim" death but Jun helped me realize Elliot was really dead the next chapter in a very subtle and sensitive way.

Yes. That is actually the first page. Jun you flippin' troll.

The chapter that this page is the first of is basically just about everyone's reaction. Leo was obviously very freaked out and was screaming the whole time but then Vincent comes to tell him of Elliot's last words.

DUN DUN DUUUUUN. CHAPTER END.

To end this recap basically Jun is a Troll. But we still love her.

 And she knows it.

 NEW CHAPTER TOMORROW WHICH I SHALL RANT POST ABOUT STRAIGHT AWAY.
